History

From Bulldog’s Club to Ristorante Pizzeria Bulldog
In the 90s, Bulldog’s Club was a small refuge in the heart of Modena: a place where friends and regular customers gathered among laughter, music, and dishes made with passion.
Aurora’s father, cook and soul of the establishment, prepared Sunday lasagna that won everyone over, with a unique taste that people in Modena still remember today.

Authentic flavors and a family atmosphere
When Aurora’s father passed away, for her and Luca it wasn’t just a farewell, but the beginning of a new chapter written with love and gratitude. They decided to give shape to a dream that could continue to speak of him.
Thus, Ristorante Pizzeria Bulldog was officially born: a place that preserves the memory of a family, the aroma of tradition, and the simple joy of being together. Every dish is an embrace, every smile a memory that shines again.

Much more than a restaurant
Today Bulldog is much more than a restaurant: it’s a piece of Modenese history, a place where generations meet, where families can gather around a table, and where every dish tells a memory.
The Sunday lasagna, symbol of memory and affection, continues to smell like home. And every giant cutlet or hand-stretched pizza carries forward the legacy of Aurora’s father.

Love for authentic food
At Bulldog, tradition is not nostalgia: it’s everyday life. Aurora and Luca run the restaurant with passion, attention, and that love for food that brings people together, just like in the 80s.
Here every customer becomes part of a story that spans decades and creates smiles, emotions, and memories.

Experience a piece of Modenese history for yourself, among legendary dishes and authentic atmospheres.
